3. Use of the Website and Content
Actions that damage the website, seek unauthorised access or unlawfully collect personal or commercial data are prohibited. Intellectual property rights in the content belong to our company or the relevant rights holders, subject to statutory exceptions. Third-party logos identify the relevant brands. The official distributorship in Türkiye stated for WAI Global and MAHLE must not be attributed to other brands. We identify our role for MEGA and KORMAS as main dealer in Türkiye. GPA Auto Spare Parts is our own brand.

The dealer application form is a request for evaluation. It does not itself confer dealer status, a credit limit, a commercial agreement or B4B access. Account opening and trading terms are assessed separately. Sending a contact form does not constitute acceptance of a sales agreement or permission to send marketing.
