1. Data Controller and Scope

This notice concerns customers, customer representatives, prospective business partners, applicants and website visitors under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK). It is an information notice, not a request for blanket consent.
2. Data Categories
Depending on your relationship with us, we process identity and business representative details, contact information, business and invoice details, order and delivery records, payment and account records, guarantee and complaint correspondence, and technical security records. The public website forms request only the information shown in their fields. Do not submit identity documents, payment card details or sensitive personal data through the general contact form.
3. Purposes and Legal Grounds
Contract formation or performance: evaluating a business enquiry, preparing quotations, processing orders, deliveries, payments and contractual support, to the extent necessary for the relevant contract. Legal obligations and express statutory provisions: invoice, accounting, tax and legally required records and disclosures. Establishment, exercise or protection of rights: complaint records, receivables, disputes and evidence. Legitimate interests, balanced against your fundamental rights: necessary business communication, account security, fraud prevention and proportionate operational risk management. Marketing communications are assessed separately under the applicable consent and commercial communication rules. Reading this notice or applying for a dealership does not grant marketing permission. Where explicit consent is required, it is obtained separately and may be withdrawn.
4. Collection Methods
Data may be collected through website forms, the separate B4B portal, email, telephone, messaging services, sales representatives, office visits, orders, invoices, delivery documents and lawful bank or payment records, by automated and non-automated means. Mandatory fields are marked on forms. Information received from a representative is limited to what is necessary for the business relationship.
5. Recipients and International Transfers
Data may be shared, only as necessary for the stated purposes and subject to applicable conditions, with authorised public bodies, accountants, auditors and legal advisers, banks and payment providers, logistics providers, IT/hosting/invoicing service providers, and suppliers involved in warranty or technical assessment. International transfers must meet the conditions of Article 9 of KVKK, including an applicable adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards or a legally permitted exceptional ground. General acceptance of this notice does not authorise all international transfers. The Google map loads only when requested. Loading it or opening external links such as WhatsApp or B4B connects you to that provider, whose privacy conditions also apply.
6. Retention
Data is retained only as long as needed for its purpose or a valid legal obligation or rights-protection ground. Closed enquiries are not automatically retained for ten years. Commercial books and records within Article 82 of the Turkish Commercial Code are subject to its ten-year requirement; applicable tax and other record-retention rules are considered for the relevant documents. Necessary dispute records may be retained for the applicable proceedings and limitation periods. Security and session records are limited to appropriate shorter periods. Data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised when the applicable grounds cease.
7. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about processing and its purposes, learn the domestic or foreign recipients, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction where the legal conditions are met, request notification of such actions to recipients, object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
8. Requests
You may send a signed written request to the address above or email info@gurpazarlama.com from an email address previously provided to us and recorded in our systems. Other methods recognised by law, including a securely electronically signed request, remain available. A request should contain the information required by the applicable application rules: name, signature for a written request, Turkish identity number for Turkish nationals or nationality and passport/identity number for foreign nationals, notification address, available response contact details and the subject of your request. A full copy of an identity document is not routinely required; proportionate additional information may be needed to verify identity or authority. Requests are handled as soon as possible and within thirty days. A fee may be charged only as permitted by the Board tariff where an additional cost arises; a fee resulting from our error is refunded. Complaints to the Board are subject to the conditions and time limits in Article 14.
9. Security and Updates
Access is limited by role and appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied to the relevant processes. The notice may be updated as processes or law change. New processing purposes or activities require any necessary further information and permissions; updating a notice does not itself create new consent.
